Data Manager/Treasurer

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree (two-year) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Demonstrated experience in general bookkeeping practices, including processing deposits, maintaining financial records, and reconciling accounts accurately and in a timely manner.

Proven experience in data entry and the ongoing maintenance of electronic data systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency in technology applications, including effective use of spreadsheet software and other standard office programs.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet established deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, professional working relationships with school staff, administrators, and district personnel.

Commitment to providing high-quality customer service by responding to inquiries promptly, communicating clearly and courteously, and supporting the needs of staff, students, families, and community members in a professional and welcoming manner.
