Forklift Operator

Standing Forklift OperatorWe are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Standing Forklift Operator with deep reach (reach truck) experience to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely moving, locating, stacking, and counting merchandise while operating a standing reach forklift in a fast-paced distribution environment. Flexible to work on weekends and this is a union position.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Operate a standing reach (deep reach) forklift to move materials throughout the warehouseLoad, unload, pick, and stage products accurately and efficientlySafely place and retrieve pallets from high rack shelvingPerform routine equipment inspections before and after useMaintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and documentationFollow all safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and company proceduresAssist with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and organizing inventoryMaintain a clean and organized work areaAble to work in a refrigerated storage areaMinimum Requirements:Education and Experience:High School Diploma or GED1–2+ years of experience operating a standing reach forklift (deep reach required)Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environmentAbility to work in narrow aisles and at elevated heightsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to stand for extended periods of time during the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. consistentlyComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentsFrequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pullingAn Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
