Sodexo is seeking a Patient Food Service Manager at SSM Health St Clare Hospital in Fenton, MO. This strategic food service leader will direct and manage the afternoon and evening patient feeding operations at the medical center.This food service manager will lead, mentor and develop a team of frontline staff and supervisors and will work closely with nurses and patients to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations.About the jobJoin a role that blends operational leadership with service excellence in a healthcare setting. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities.
