AP Clerk & Office Administrative Assistant
Rohnert Park, CA

You are   a detail-oriented and dependable AP Clerk & Office Administrative Assistant to support our Office Manager in an office environment. This position combines accounts payable responsibilities with general administrative support and is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with numbers, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. The successful candidate will be proactive, accurate, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks throughout the day.

This position pays: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour

What you will be doing:

  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager.
  • Perform data entry and review records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify parts information and pricing to ensure accurate system records.
  • Monitor and assist with accounts receivable activities, including reviewing outstanding balances.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor company social media platforms and assist with basic updates and engagement.
  • Process accounts payable invoices and maintain accurate vendor records.
  • Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end accounting activities.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Support general office operations and assist with special projects as needed.

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of administrative, accounts payable, or office support experience
  • Experience with accounts payable processing and account reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
  • Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic business usage.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small team.
