Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN with a specialty in Case Management for a travel assignment in Little Rock, AR. This role involves working closely with high-risk members to ensure personalized and comprehensive care plans are in place, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in a dynamic healthcare environment.

- Act as a patient advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Current, unrestricted Arkansas and Compact RN license
- Case Management certification
- Proficient with HCHB and Home Health Oasis
- 1 year of Home Health experience
- Ability to analyze complex medical information and make rational decisions
