Customer Service Representative IWe are hiring a Customer Service Representative I for a full-time onsite opportunity with a logistics/warehouse-related organization. The candidate will work directly with customers, carriers, and warehouse teams to support daily order processing and shipment coordination.Key Responsibilities:Process inbound and outbound customer ordersTrack shipments, inventory, and daily order requirementsCoordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth operationsCreate and manage BOLs (Bills of Lading) and shipment documentsMaintain accurate customer and inventory records in the systemResolve customer issues and provide timely updatesMonitor inventory locations and order statusPrepare reports and maintain communication between office and warehouse teamsFollow company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA guidelinesRequirements:Minimum 1 year of customer service or warehouse/logistics experienceExperience with inventory tracking, order processing, or warehouse systems preferredGood communication and problem-solving skillsBasic computer knowledge including Microsoft OfficeAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentHigh School Diploma or GED required
