About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for the Payer segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to expand the prospect list, identifying and developing leads from various sources, and building strong relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, including the ability to perform thorough needs assessments, and to position the value proposition across multiple use cases in the health system, ACO, and Payer segments. The VP of Sales will also be involved in all aspects of the sales process, from proposal planning to contract creation, and will be expected to have a broad network of relationships within the payer community. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in payer/health plan sales, with a proven track record of success. A strong network of relationships with commercial, regional, and health plans is essential, as is experience in securing multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry and the ability to work with C-level and purchasing executives to drive sales and growth activities. The role demands a professional with excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to ensure account retention and expansion.
