Bilingual Forklift Driver Spanish/English

Summary

The Bilingual Forklift Driver supports warehouse operations . This role ensures accurate handling of raw materials and finished goods used in food, beverage, and specialty ingredient production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (sit‐down, stand‐up, or reach truck depending on facility needs) to load, unload, move, and stage materials.
• Communicate clearly in English and Spanish with supervisors, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow all safety protocols , including proper handling of food‐grade ingredients and adherence to OSHA standards.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any mechanical issues.
• Keep warehouse areas clean and organized , including pallets, racks, and staging zones.

Required Qualifications

• forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with the ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in both languages.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
• Basic computer or scanner proficiency for inventory tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
