Compensation: $38,000-$65,000 (based on experience)

Position Overview

We're seeking a customer-focused, tech-savvy Virtual Banking Call Center Representative to join a growing team in Mandan, North Dakota. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, digital banking environment.

This position is based in Mandan, ND . Hours may vary between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday , with participation in a rotating Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage online account requests and consumer loan applications
• Assist customers through digital banking channels, including online banking, mobile banking, phone, email, and chat
• Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying solutions that meet customers' financial needs
• Respond to routine and complex customer inquiries regarding banking products and services
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining compliance with banking policies and procedures
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and assist with troubleshooting online and mobile banking services
• Recommend appropriate banking products and services based on customer needs
• Complete assigned weekly operational tasks accurately and on time
• Support customers across multiple banking locations through virtual service channels

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Previous call center or customer support experience is a plus
• General knowledge of standard banking transactions, products, and services preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Comfortable learning and using technology in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required
