Phase Technologies is seeking Production Assemblers. Production Assemblers play a crucial role in the manufacturing process within various industries, including power electronics. They operate and maintain equipment in factories, working collaboratively with a team to assemble products or goods. Here are the key duties and responsibilities of a Production Assembler:

1. Assembling Goods to Finished Product:
   • Assemble products or components according to specifications.
   • Monitor the production process and perform basic testing and quality checks.
2. Inventory Management:
   • Properly store goods and raw materials in the factory.
   • Pack goods ready for shipment.
3. Maintaining Work Areas and Equipment:
   • Keep work areas clean and organized.
   • Perform routine maintenance on machinery.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Production Worker.
• Skills:
  • Familiarity with using power tools and other equipment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
  • Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination.
  • Physical strength and stamina.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary: $19/hour+ DOE
