Data Center Construction Project Manager Location: Multiple US locations (Travelers or local candidates considered) Salary: Strong salary, Bonus & Benefits package (Per Diem, Travel allowance offered for travlers) Summary: I am currently supporting a growing U.S. Mission Critical construction team that is looking to add an experienced Construction Project Manager to its project delivery function. This is an opportunity for a construction professional with a strong Mission Critical background who is comfortable operating across preconstruction, project delivery, commercial management and client-facing responsibilities . The role will involve: Supporting the planning and delivery of complex Mission Critical projects from preconstruction through completion. Working closely with owners, design teams, subcontractors and internal project leadership to maintain programme, budget and project objectives. Supporting estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontract negotiations and cost control. Managing project documentation, reporting, coordination meetings and commercial administration. Contributing to client presentations and maintaining strong owner/client relationships. Supporting commissioning, early turnover and project close-out activities. The background we're looking for: 6+ years of experience delivering Mission Critical / Data Center construction projects . Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering or a related discipline. Strong understanding of complex MEP systems within Mission Critical environments an advantage. Experience working around early turnover requirements and Mission Critical commissioning . Familiarity with MOPs (Method of Procedure) and the controlled execution of critical works. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, cost management and project controls. Experience with tools such as Procore, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office . Strong communication skills and the ability to work professionally with clients, subcontractors and project teams. Willingness to travel nationally for project assignments . #J-18808-Ljbffr
