We are looking for a dependable individual to work with our maintenance department, as a facilities assistant. This will include filling in and assisting with maintenance operations when needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Be at work on time, every day.
• Perform daily inspections of the entire property/facility.
• Identify any issues and report them to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean facility and ensure compliance with the safety regulations.

Job Requirements

• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with employees as well as management to address concerns and needs.
• Ability to complete work orders on a timely basis.
• Ability to follow directions and complete assignments given by supervisor.
• Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and materials used in building maintenance.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• At least 3 months work history in a manufacturing environment.
