Shift LeaderPosition OverviewThe Shift Leader role at Ambrosia QSR is a variable-hour position responsible for overseeing designated shifts to support daily restaurant operations. After certification, Shift Leaders manage assigned time periods, ensuring guest satisfaction, team coordination, and the successful execution of restaurant initiatives. During peak hours, they work at the front of the restaurant, leading the team to provide a high-quality guest experience.
