Leasing Manager The Leasing Manager collaborates with the General Manager to develop sales strategies and lead the sales team, driving revenue growth and maximizing company returns. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies in partnership with the General Manager. Lead, coach, and train the sales team to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue targets. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, associates, vendors, and investors. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in residential property‑management sales. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to manage stressful, urgent, and diverse situations. Passion for sales leadership, training, and coaching to maximize team performance.
