This is a fantastic opportunity to pick up shifts when you are free and work as much as you want. You'll get to choose what job you sign up for, working across a variety of crucial roles within our Banquets, Restaurants, and Beverage teams.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Flexible Team Member, you will support the Food & Beverage department by taking on various roles as needed. You will have the opportunity to sign up for shifts and work across several different areas, including:
- Banquet Setup: Assisting with the preparation and staging of event spaces.
- Busser: Supporting restaurant staff by clearing tables and resetting dining areas.
- Restaurant Greeter: Welcoming guests and managing seating in our dining venues.
- Cashier: Handling guest transactions and processing payments.
- Culinary: Working in our kitchen area along with other cooks and chefs to prepare meals for our guests.
Minimum Commitment: We ask that you work a minimum of one shift per month based on your availability.
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive Hourly Pay: Base pay starts at $17.00 per hour and may increase based on the position you are working.
- Weekly Pay: Get paid each week on Thursdays.
- Flexible Schedule: Work when you can! Sign up for shifts that fit your availability.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): All Team Members earn Paid Time Off, which you can use or cash in.
- Free Onsite Parking: Skip the stress of parking and use our Team Member parking lot.
