Job Details 1st and 2nd shift. 6AM TO 2PM AND 2PM TO 10PM Job Details: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Permanent Quality Technician to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Quality Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of quality for our products. You will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, testing products, and ensuring compliance with national and international quality standards. This is an incredible opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Quality Control, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and Inspection Techniques, looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure all products meet the set quality standards. 2. Utilize a variety of inspection techniques to test and measure products for consistency and reliability. 3. Monitor and evaluate internal production processes, identify any deviations, and recommend necessary adjustments. 4. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems. 5. Maintain accurate documentation of all inspection results and prepare detailed reports on quality control activities. 6. Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions in case of non-conformity. 7. Train and guide staff on quality control measures and new quality standards. 8. Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes related to quality control and inspection techniques. 9. Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring all procedures and processes meet compliance requirements. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Quality Control role within the Manufacturing industry. 2. Proven experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems. 3. Proficiency in various inspection techniques and quality control methods. 4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry-specific quality standards. 5. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high-quality results. 6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Strong communication and reporting skills. 8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 9. Proficiency in using quality control software and tools. 10.
