Group Product Manager (Lead)

We are seeking a Group Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes of an assigned product portfolio while leading and developing a small team of Product Managers and/or Associate Product Managers. This role is ideal for a product leader who enjoys balancing strategic product ownership with coaching, mentoring, and developing product talent. The Group Product Manager operates as an AI-native product leader. They are fluent in modern AI tools across discovery, prototyping, narrative, analysis, and delivery, and they use that fluency to expand their own leverage while setting the standard for product excellence across the team. Please note: This is a hybrid role that requires regular onsite collaboration and occasional client visits. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area before their start date. Relocation assistance is not provided. This position requires regular on-site attendance. Through September 30, 2026, employees are expected to work onsite at EWN's current headquarters in Decatur, Texas as required to support collaboration, coaching, decision-making, and business outcomes. Effective October 1, 2026, EWN's headquarters will relocate to Westlake, Texas. Beginning on that date, employees will be required to work onsite in Westlake on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays. Regular onsite participation is considered an essential function of this role. Please note: We do not support employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa). What You'll Do As a Group Product Manager at EWN, you will: Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for an assigned product portfolio Define the problems worth solving based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives Make prioritization decisions with conviction and clearly communicate tradeoffs across teams and stakeholders Define and measure success through outcome-based metrics tied to customer and business impact Partner with the Chief Product Officer on pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions Team Leadership & Talent Development Lead a small product-aligned pod of Product Managers and/or Associate Product Managers Coach, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen product management capabilities and career growth Establish clear expectations and accountability for product outcomes and execution Support hiring, onboarding, and talent development efforts within the Product organization Model product leadership practices and create a culture of continuous improvement and learning Customer Discovery & Market Insight Lead customer discovery efforts including interviews, support interactions, market research, competitive analysis, and win/loss reviews Translate customer and market insights into strategic product direction and roadmap priorities Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and emerging opportunities Partner directly with customers to validate assumptions and guide investment decisions AI-Native Product Leadership Utilize modern AI tools across discovery, customer research, prototyping, analysis, narrative development, and delivery support Leverage AI to improve decision-making, efficiency, and product outcomes Establish best practices for AI-enabled product management across the team Evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into EWN's products and portfolio strategy Cross-Functional Leadership & Business Impact Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams Lead through influence to ensure successful execution of product initiatives Participate in strategic planning, portfolio reviews, and cross-functional decision-making Communicate product strategy, outcomes, and recommendations to executives, customers, and other stakeholders Support key customer engagements and strategic business initiatives What You'll Bring Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Five (5) or more years of product management experience with ownership of significant product initiatives Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or managing Product Managers and/or Associate Product Managers Proven track record of delivering measurable customer and business outcomes through product leadership Experience leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, and go-to-market functions Strong customer discovery, prioritization, and strategic thinking capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication Ability to influence stakeholders and lead through ambiguity Experience working within Agile product development environments Preferred Skills & Experience Experience pricing and packaging B2B SaaS products Experience hiring, leveling, and developing product management talent Experience using AI-assisted product tools such as Lovable, v0, Cursor, or similar platforms Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Compliance SaaS solutions Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance-driven software products SaaS business model experience Oil & Gas or Energy industry experience Why Join Us?
