TR is 200,000 square foot, heavy manufacturing facility with a staff of 320 team members. Your responsibilities will include:Providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives and growth initiativesPartnering with senior leaders to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and overcome obstacles to achieving business goalsLeading budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management activitiesDelivering actionable insights through financial analysis, modeling, and performance reportingDriving compliance with GAAP, SOX, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and corporate policiesLeading revenue recognition, compliance, risk management, and financial controlsSupporting contract and proposal evaluations, including financial risk assessments and business case analysisOverseeing financial reporting and coordinating audit requirements with internal and external stakeholdersProviding ERP financial systems leadership and ensuring accurate accounting across business operationsBuilding, coaching, and developing a high-performing finance teamChampioning continuous improvement initiatives that enhance business performance and operational efficiencyWhat You Bring:We are looking for a hands-on finance leader with strong business acumen and the desire to take on greater responsibility in a challenging and rewarding environment.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related disciplineCPA, CMA, MBA, or other professional designation is considered an asset10-15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership roles5-7 years of leadership experience managing finance teamsExperience within manufacturing environments, ideally supporting both commercial and government businessStrong understanding of financial planning, reporting, cost accounting, and internal controlsExperience with long-term contract accounting, including EAC, POC, and ETC methodologiesKnowledge of ASC 606, GAAP, SOX, CAS, and FAR requirementsERP experience, preferably Oracle or a similar platformAdvanced financial analysis and financial modeling capabilitiesExcellent communication and business partnering skillSuccess ProfileA strategic thinker who can translate financial data into business decisionsA confident leader who enjoys influencing outcomes across multiple functionsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environmentProactive, decisive, and solutions-orientedPassionate about continuous improvement and organizational growthReady to step into a larger, more complex leadership opportunitySalary:180K-225K plus short-term and long-term incentives.
