Data Analyst

Job Duties

Collect, organize, and analyze data to support clients’ business operations. Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools. Generate reports and dashboards to assist clients’ management decision-making. Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data sets. Maintain data accuracy and ensure data integrity. Support accounting and operations teams with data analysis and reporting. Assist in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor data quality and perform routine data validation checks. Collaborate with internal teams to improve data collection processes. Document data processes and maintain reporting procedures. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and standards. Conduct regular reviews and audits of data systems to identify and resolve discrepancies. Train and mentor junior staff on data analysis techniques and tools.

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology or related field.

Minimum Experience Required

Requires three years of data analysis experience including the following: data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar); basic database usage (e.g., SQL); working with financial or business data.
