Job Description Minimum 1+ years physical therapy experience required. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team near Eureka Mill, SC. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with a range of physical impairments and functional limitations. The ideal candidate will develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall physical function, working closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough evaluations of clients physical conditions, including their strength, range of motion, and functional abilities. Develop accurate diagnoses and identify appropriate treatment needs based on assessment results. Treatment Planning: Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each clients specific goals and needs. Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to guide interventions and set measurable objectives. Therapeutic Interventions: Provide direct therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to improve clients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall physical function. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and therapy sessions. Ensure pliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards. Qualifications: Education: Doctoral or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
