Collaborate with management to plan promotions, events, and marketing strategies. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and ensure prompt issue resolution. Qualifications Proven experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team. Customer-focused attitude with a keen eye for detail. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Passion for creating a warm and welcoming shopping environment.
