Lead Community Health Worker Supervisor

The Community Health Worker Supervisor at CHW Institute (Montefiore Einstein) will oversee daily CHW workforce management across multiple clinical sites in the Bronx. You will guide, support and evaluate CHW performance, including hiring, training, monitoring and coaching, and you will collaborate with CHW Institute staff and senior management to develop and grow the program.
