Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities:
- You will be doing a significant amount of transcription
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Record and store client information
- You will be assisting in scheduling meetings and hearings
- The schedule is Monday - Friday 8 to 5
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field helpful but not required
- Must have experience or training in transcription
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
