Facility Maintenance Repair Technician

Overview We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is seeking a Facility Maintenance Repair Technician is responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repairs at the facility industrial processing equipment. We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual with an excellent commitment to health & safety to join our team in Kimball, $32.75+ hourly, DOE, paid weekly w/ OT. 4- 12 hour shifts per week: (5) week rotation, (1) week of nights, the other (4) weeks are days. Disassemble/Reassemble facility equipment to examine or repair. Fabricate metal pieces and replace gaskets as needed. Determine the cause of malfunctioning systems and perform repair or replacement of defective component(s). Monitor equipment to ensure all repairs and testing are completed to ensure proper operation. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Hydraulic system repair experience. Compressors, conveyor,s and other industrial processing equipment. Industrial maintenance experience required. Heavy equipment repair experience. Ability to work overtime as needed. Ability to use a cutting rig- welding. Proficient with computers and systems. Knowledge of the industry’s latest technology or having experience working with electronics. This is 100% Onsite, No Remote Work. DOT Training Ability to perform multiple tasks Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to your waste Climb up and down vertical ladders Capable of reaching out, over and down, exerting a force 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical 10 pushups, deep knee squats and sit-ups (to determine if fit) Good hand/eye coordination. Valid Driver's License required. Punctuality and attendance required. Respirator fit test upon hire- clean-shaven face required (mustache okay!) Background check, drug screen and physical- required.
