Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Nights)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 34-bed Medical Surgical unit with a patient ratio of 1:6 to 1:7
• Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document care using Cerner EMR
• Float to other units as required based on facility needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to all unit protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN License (or compact license accepted per state guidelines)
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Must live greater than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Telemetry (Tele) experience strongly preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR
