You must be confident working without supervision, capable of taking impressions, scanning for crowns and appliances, maintaining accurate patient records, assisting the doctor with all procedures, managing equipment, and demonstrating excellent time management skills. Being a true team player who proactively looks for things to do, helps hygiene, answers phones, and schedules appointments as needed is essential.
