We strive to hire excellent people at Concordia - and keep them as well! Seeking a dedicated RN to function as 2pm-1030pm RN supervisor. This position is full time with rotating weekends and NO call. The RN Supervisor is a Licensed Nurse who functions both as a supervisor and manager to provide quality care and services to our residents.. This individual is expected to assume the responsibility for his/her health care delivery and to supervise the work of other employees. This individual is responsible for coordinating all aspects of resident care fostering both interdepartmental and intradepartmental cooperation. He/She communicates pertinent information to Administration, Physicians, Families, Consultants, and other service providers. Qualifications Dedicated to providing high quality care. Graduate of an approved school of nursing Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse. Demonstration of leadership ability. Displays caring attitude towards residents. Works well with people. Show enthusiasm and motivation. Demonstrates the ability to verbally communicate resident status/changes in condition.
