We are looking for doctors to join us in our locally and privately owned , state of the art Veterinary Facility (completed in November 2021)! We are working to fill every bit of this 14,000 square foot hospital with excitement. There are: 15 exam rooms (with separate feline and canine areas); an impressive in-house diagnostic laboratory; areas for Soft Tissue, Orthopedic, and Dental Surgeries (including a heated Recovery Beach); Updated Digital Radiography (with A.I. capability) and Ultrasonography; a Special Procedures Room, and a Chemotherapy Room. Check out our website and Facebook page for a hospital tour because I am sure I missed some exciting details! All of this AND we are located in one of the “Ten Most Fun Places to Live if You Love the Outdoors” (according to U.S. News & World Report). Our growing 8 doctor practice in Temperance, Michigan (located one mile north of Toledo, Ohio and 30 minutes southeast of Ann Arbor, Michigan) is seeking Veterinarians with strong communication skills and a passion to both learn and educate. Any level of experience is accepted as we have a very cooperative, family environment which fosters mentorship and helping hands to make the overall day flow efficiently. You will never struggle alone in our practice! Exceptional clients, modern equipment, and a well-educated, caring team make practice pleasurable. We focus on being a great Veterinary Hospital...not on boarding, grooming or retail. Our Animal Hospital has the reputation of being a high-quality practice in the communities we serve. We maintain a close working relationship with local Emergency & Critical Care Hospitals to ensure our doctors have ample evening and weekend free time away from the practice. We offer flexible scheduling, Monday through Friday (no weekend hours), to create a schedule that works for both us and you...our goal will be to help you achieve an excellent work-life harmony AND the income to enjoy it! Our hospital offers the opportunity to live and work along the shores of Lake Erie. Our area offers easy access to quality dining and night life, outdoor activities, local sports, art and culture. Area residents choose from comfortable small towns, suburban developments, rural and even urban communities. All are within an easy drive to the college town of Ann Arbor, the trendy Detroit suburbs, the amazing outdoor beauty of the Great Lakes, and all with Northwest Ohio adventures at your door step! Our pay structure is higher than typical for our area (which also offers a reasonable cost of living). We offer a generous benefits package including: health & liability insurance; licensing fees; professional dues; retirement plan with matching contribution; a generous continuing education budget; paid time off; and on and on. We are willing to assist with relocation fees for the right individual. We look forward to learning more about you and showing you why you need to work with us!
