Warehouse Manager

Be part of something being built from the ground up. JAQ Group is a fast‑growing UK fragrance brand landing in the US - and we're hiring the team that's going to make it happen. We're opening our first US distribution centre in Indianapolis, and we need a Warehouse Manager who's ready to roll their sleeves up and own the operation from the inside. You'll be the engine room of everything we do on the ground - working directly alongside our Head of Operations to make sure every order that goes out the door goes out right. Who we are JAQ Group is a founder‑led fragrance brand that's already fulfilling over 1,400 US orders every day from the UK — and we're moving that operation Stateside. By October 2026, we'll be up and running in Indianapolis with our own warehouse, our own team, and serious ambition to scale. The role As Warehouse Manager , you'll report to the Head of Operations and lead day‑to‑day warehouse activity across despatch, inventory, and people. You're the person the team looks to - and the one making sure targets are hit, standards are kept, and the operation keeps moving. What you'll own: Running daily despatch operations - schedules, processes, throughput, and making sure nothing slips Monitoring team and individual KPIs and driving performance against them Keeping inventory accurate and working closely with the supply chain team on stock levels Leading, developing, and motivating a team of warehouse operatives Managing absence, performance reviews, and day‑to‑day HR processes on the floor Keeping health & safety standards tight — housekeeping, PPE, incident reporting, the lot Liaising with suppliers and equipment providers to keep everything running smoothly What we're looking for 5+ years as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar operational leadership role A natural leader — someone who gets the best out of a team and holds the line on standards Organised, sharp, and calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment Experience with WMS platforms is a bonus - we're implementing one as we launch Solid understanding of US warehouse health & safety regulations A great communicator at every level, from the warehouse floor to senior management Why this role stands out You'd be joining JAQ Group at its most exciting moment: the US launch.
