Our part-time home and community Behavior Technician positions are designed for individuals who want to contribute meaningful work while maintaining balance with other priorities. We practice within an assent-based, child-centered ABA model and provide the training, mentorship, and clinical oversight needed to succeed-without requiring a fixed or full-time schedule. You'll support skill development and behavior goals while working a schedule that fits your lifestyle. This role is ideal for individuals balancing school, caregiving responsibilities, or other professional commitments.
