Job Details Work Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina, United States of America Hours: 40 Pay: $24.00 - $33.50 USD Job Description This role supervises day‑to‑day team activities to ensure operational excellence and compliance with policies and procedures, mitigating risk and protecting the Bank and its Customers. The supervisor will drive operational, customer, and sales objectives, manage the Store, run the teller side and platform, and handle Customer escalations while coaching a team focused on personalized, connected customer service. Responsibilities Provide supervisory oversight of a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve individual and Store objectives. Lead day‑to‑day operations, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of personalized or complex service and advice, while maintaining compliance and regulatory guidelines. Monitor teller and platform workflows, prioritize tasks, delegate duties, and educate the team on risk management. Drive operational excellence in the Store, including cash handling, vault management, negotiable item control, fraud prevention, controllable expense management, customer privacy, and employee safety. Engage customers about loan products, facilitate application intake, and maintain active NMLS registration. Coach and develop the team on delivering effective customer service, product, and advice conversations, and using marketing tools. Acquire and deepen the Store customer base through proactive sales and service activities, lead management, and outreach (Outbound Calls, Relay SMS, appointments). Represent TD as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations, taking ownership of complaint resolution. Support the execution of Store Customer Experience, Advice, and Operational Excellence plans with the team. Maintain optimal colleague scheduling to meet customer demand and compliance requirements. Assist in maintaining a professional and inviting lobby that meets policies and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred. Two or more years of related experience working with customers and/or sales. Notary license preferred. Supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to provide direction, coaching, and decision making. Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with sound judgment. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and customer relationship management tools.
