We’ve partnered with a rapidly growing manufacturer of custom-engineered HVAC, pumping, power distribution, and fluid handling systems supporting hospitals, data centers, industrial facilities, infrastructure, commercial buildings, and mission-critical projects across North America.


This company has grown from $30M to $120M in revenue over the last three years and continues investing in people, process improvement, equipment, and a modern 75,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. With the current plant leader preparing to move into a larger executive role, this is a chance to step into a high-visibility operations leadership position with meaningful future growth potential.


On-site position in the West-Central Florida / Gulf Coast region. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates outside the region.

What You’ll Do
• Lead day-to-day operations for a 100-employee industrial manufacturing facility.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and continuous improvement performance.
• Lead supervisors, production teams, and cross-functional operations groups.
• Improve manufacturing processes, workflow, labor planning, scheduling, and accountability.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, 5S, visual management, standard work, and process discipline.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Production Control, and senior leadership to meet customer commitments.
• Develop leaders, strengthen team performance, and build a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Use data, KPIs, and problem-solving methods to identify gaps, remove constraints, and improve results.
• Support growth, capacity planning, operational scalability, and future facility needs.
• Maintain a safe, organized, clean, and high-performing manufacturing environment.


What We’re Looking For
Proven operations leadership experience in industrial manufacturing.
Experience managing a manufacturing team of approximately 100 employees or similar scale.
Strong Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, and visual management background.
Lean Six Sigma experience strongly preferred; Black Belt ideal.
Bilingual ability strongly preferred.
HVAC, engineered equipment, mechanical systems, or custom manufacturing experience is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, planning, coaching, and decision-making skills.
Ability to drive performance while building trust across production, engineering, quality, and leadership teams.
Strong understanding of safety, quality, delivery, cost, scheduling, and labor utilization.
