Our agency opened in February 2025 and is focused on building a strong, growth-oriented team from the ground up. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Aspirant and previously as a Probation and Parole Officer, bringing a disciplined, people-focused approach to leadership. I’m a graduate of Louisiana State University at Alexandria with a degree in Criminal Justice. I’ve been married since 2022 and enjoy spending time golfing, cooking, and watching sports. We stay involved in the community and are committed to building strong local relationships as we continue to grow. Preston Nunnally - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
