Housekeeper – Environmental Services Location: Shady Grove Medical Center, Maryland. Responsibilities Provide a clean, safe, and well‑maintained environment for patients, staff, and visitors through effective performance of assigned environmental services functions and tasks. Work with other departments to assist with extra cleaning duties as they arise. Assist with maintenance of supplies in housekeeping, notifying supervisor when refill orders are needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED highly desired, not required. At least 1 year of housekeeping experience. Ability to communicate at a level that allows for safe and efficient job performance. Ability to utilize supplies, tools and equipment safely and properly. Work Schedule Employment Type: Full‑time Hours per Week: 40 hrs/week Typical Daily Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Monday through Friday Shift Type: Day Weekend Requirements: Required every other weekend rotation Holiday Requirements: Required/Roating Follow company holiday calendar On‑Call: No Shift Differential Eligible: Yes Pay Range $18.00 – $22.79 per hour.
