Overview

Responsibilities
- Perform interventional radiology procedures under radiologist supervision, including diagnostic and minimally invasive interventions
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot imaging equipment (Siemens systems such as Artis Icono, Artis Q, Artis Zee; single-plane functionality)
- Scrub for IR procedures, assist with patient positioning, sterile technique, and instrument handling
- Monitor patients during procedures, respond to changes in patient status, and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Document procedures accurately, label images, and complete required charting and QA tasks
- Assist with room turnover and equipment readiness for subsequent cases

Requirements
- ARRT Radiography credential (in hand)
- Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license (may start with KS lic pending; application can be submitted once offered)
- Experience: 2 years of Interventional Radiology; 3 years preferred; scrub experience required
- Ability to work in a hospital/interventional setting
- Demonstrated ability to work with IR cases and light body procedures; neurovascular and peripheral experience beneficial
