Lauren B Jewelry is one of the countrys leading independent luxury jewelry brands, specializing in custom engagement rings and fine jewelry. As a founder-led business, we combine craftsmanship, technology, and a highly personalized client experience while continuing to expand into new initiatives, product categories, and markets.

Were looking for an experienced operational leader to partner directly with executive leadership and help build the next chapter of Lauren B Jewelry.

This is a senior leadership position for someone who enjoys building systems, creating accountability, and turning ideas into execution.

You will work closely with executive leadership to drive cross-functional execution throughout the company while improving the systems and processes that support our continued growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, driving projects across multiple departments, and creating structure within a fast-moving entrepreneurial business.

You will not simply manage existing processes—you will help improve how the company operates.

• Drive execution across major company initiatives
• Ensure projects move forward on time and to a high standard
• Create accountability across departments and outside vendors
• Identify and remove operational bottlenecks
• Continuously improve internal processes and workflows

• Partner with internal teams and outside developers on CRM (LB.NET), website, e-commerce, and digital initiatives
• Oversee implementation of new functionality and operational improvements
• Coordinate cross-functional technology projects
• Help drive adoption of new systems and workflows throughout the organization

• Work closely with department heads to improve communication, accountability, and execution
• Establish effective reporting structures and operating rhythms across departments
• Develop scalable systems and procedures as the company grows
• Support onboarding, operational policies, and internal process improvements

Lead and coordinate initiatives spanning multiple areas of the business, including:

• Operations
• Technology
• Website & E-commerce
• Inventory
• Production
• Customer Experience

Ensure initiatives remain aligned with company priorities and move successfully from concept through execution.

Within your first year, you will:

• Become a trusted operational partner to executive leadership and department heads
• Ensure major company initiatives consistently move from concept to completion
• Improve communication, reporting, and accountability across departments
• Reduce the amount of day-to-day operational coordination required from senior leadership
• Build scalable operating systems that support the companys continued growth

The ideal candidate has:

• 8+ years of operational leadership experience
• Professional experience within the fine jewelry industry
• Experience working within a founder-led or entrepreneurial business
• Experience leading projects across multiple departments
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfort working in an environment where priorities evolve and multiple initiatives run simultaneously

Experience across several of the following areas:

• Jewelry operations
• Inventory management
• Production
• Custom jewelry
• E-commerce
• CRM / ERP systems
• Retail operations
• Vendor management
• Sales operations
• Process improvement
