Great position for those who like to think on their feet! As a pawn shop manager, you are responsible for scheduling, money management, completing daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork, as well as managing 2-3 other people.
Other tasks include social media marketing, ebay sales, etc.
Firearm and/or jewelry experience is a huge plus, but not mandatory.
Starting pay is based on a well-qualified individual. May be less for someone we feel needs more experience, could be more for someone super qualified. We would disclose any thoughts on this at time of job offer.
Pay is hourly plus bonuses.
