Physical Therapist Per Diem
$60/hour | Per Diem | The Shores, a UMC community | Ocean City, NJ

What You'll Do:  

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on physical therapy to help residents recover mobility, strength, and function
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress to support care coordination
• Communicate resident progress and concerns with the care team and, when appropriate, families
• Follow professional, ethical, and regulatory standards for PT practice

What You'll Need:  

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Current, active New Jersey PT license
• Prior experience working with adults in a sub-acute and/or home care setting

Preferred:

• Experience with the Net Health Therapy platform

Pay and Benefits

• $60/hour
• Flexible scheduling, daytime hours with weekends if desired
