The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, including previous charge experience. Experience with Epic charting system is required. Candidates must possess all necessary certifications, including ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients with a variety of medical conditions. The Emergency Room typically sees a diverse patient population, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Strong skills in triage, critical care management, and emergency interventions are essential. We value teamwork and interdisciplinary support in providing high-quality patient care. Candidates must be flexible and adaptable to the dynamic nature of the Emergency Department. The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care is crucial.
