General Manager, Local Media & TV Network Growth

Gray Media is seeking a Vice President/General Manager for WLFI 18 News, CBS and CW Plus West Lafayette. The role leads a multi-platform station, drives revenue growth, and ensures regulatory compliance in a competitive, decentralized culture.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of media leadership and a strong record of strategic impact. The GM will report to a Senior Operating Officer - Local Media and oversee station operations, staffing, and client relations, while upholding the company’s ethics
