Job DescriptionJob DescriptionVital Delivery Solutions is looking for a dispatcher/customer service representative to join our team!The ideal candidate will be driven, a team player, have a high level of enthusiasm, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and the ability to learn quickly. Prior experience is helpful, but not required. All required training will be provided.Duties & Responsibilities:Answer incoming callsManage incoming emailsBill and dispatch deliveries using softwareManage and monitor dispatch screen and deadlinesAssist drivers with questionsVerify and file completed paperworkProvide customers with excellent customer serviceComplete a daily shift checklistRequirements:Must be reliable and dependableComfortable with using a smart phoneExcellent customer service skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBe able to work independentlyMust have a clean driving recordMust have clean criminal historyMust provide proof of valid driver's licenseMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsFast LearnerFluent in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in stressful fast paced environmentMust be able to multi-taskBenefits eligible after 90 days of full-time employment:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offPaid holidaysVision insuranceSchedule:Work Location: In person
