UH-60 A&P Mechanic - Utah

UH-60 A&P Mechanic – UtahAir Resources Helicopters, Inc. has an opportunity for full time helicopter mechanics. We are seeking experienced UH-60 mechanics with an A&P certificate. Applicants will be required to maintain aircraft in the Salt Lake City hangar as well as remote field locations. Preference will be given to applicants with prior UH-60 experience, United States Forestry Service (USFS) / Department of the Interior (DOI) carded individuals, previously carded or with a current endorsement. Applicants must possess a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with HAZMAT endorsement or be willing/able to attain license.Job Requirements:Qualifications/Licenses:A&P CertificateCommercial driver's license with hazmat endorsement (or ability to obtain)Required Skills/Experience:Ability to obtain a USFS/DOI mechanic cardAt least 12 months experience as an A&P mechanic maintaining helicoptersAt least 1 full season of experience under "field" conditions within the previous 10 yearsAt least 3 months experience maintaining a UH-60 away from an operator's home baseHigh quality standard with attention to detailThe ability to work in a team environment as well as independentlyWillingness to work in a high-paced environment, the ability to multitask, excellent customer service and company representationPreferred Skills/Experience:Card-able experience with UH-60sDocumented factory trainingComponent overhaul including: main rotor hub assemblies, main transmission, gear boxes, swash-plate assemblies, tail rotor gear boxes, and tail rotor assembliesUSFS/DOI contract coverage as a Mechanic/Fuel Truck DriverSalary Range: Neg-NegRelocation:Travel: Yes
