Job Description
- Craft Individualized Therapy Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and design tailored therapeutic strategies to help them reach their functional benchmarks
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor function, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities
- Collaborate with Holistic Healthcare Teams: Partner effectively with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, nurses, and other professionals to deliver well-rounded care
- Guide Patients and Families: Provide education on therapeutic techniques for families to facilitate ongoing progress beyond the clinic
- Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes, ensuring treatments adapt to maintain patient trajectory towards their goals
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Commitment to continuing education, including post-graduate certifications supported by our team
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
- A genuine passion for aiding others and a strong drive to promote independence
- Empathetic and clear communication with patients and colleagues alike
