VA Northern California Health Care System is seeking a  Board?Certified/Board?Eligible Cardiologist to join our dedicated team at the Martinez VA Outpatient Clinic. This position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional, mission?driven care in a supportive environment with a strong interdisciplinary model and no productivity pressures.

Your Role
\n As a Cardiologist with VANCHCS, you will:

\n
    \n
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient cardiovascular care
    • \n
  • Interpret EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and other cardiac diagnostics (as credentialed)
    • \n
  • Support inpatient consultative services at partner VANCHCS locations (depending on final assignment)
    • \n
  • Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews, quality initiatives, and performance improvement
    • \n
  • Engage in program expansion and optimization to enhance Veteran access to specialty care
    • \n
\n

Ideal Candidate

\n
    \n
  • MD or DO with Internal Medicine residency and Cardiology fellowship
    • \n
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiology
    • \n
  • Unrestricted license in any U.S. state or territory
    • \n
  • Strong commitment to Veteran-centered, team-based care
    • \n
\n
