The Patient Safety Specialist at OHSU leads the design and implementation of the Patient Safety Program, providing risk reduction and performance improvement consultation to senior leaders, managers, faculty and staff across the hospital to reduce error and improve outcomes. Responsibilities include clinical reviews of events, root cause analyses, event reporting management, and supporting the maturation of the Quality Management department; hands-on coaching and data-driven dashboards for #J-18808-Ljbffr
