IT Analyst Full Time Corporate, Los Angeles, CA, US 10 days ago Requisition ID: 1045 Salary Range: $27.00 To $30.00 Hourly Position Summary Urth Caffé is seeking a hands-on IT Analyst to support technology operations across our café and corporate locations. This role is ideal for a versatile IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, provides outstanding customer service, and collaborates effectively with multiple departments. The successful candidate will support POS systems, store technology, computer hardware, networking equipment, and CCTV systems while serving as a key resource for troubleshooting, deployments, and operational support. What You'll Do Provide onsite and remote technical support for café and corporate locations. Support POS systems, payment devices, printers, monitors, scanners, and related technology. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. Support system rollouts, upgrades, new technology deployments, and store openings. Troubleshoot network connectivity, equipment failures, and technology-related operational issues. Manage and prioritize support requests from multiple departments. Document issues, resolutions, and technical procedures. Retrieve, review, export, and securely provide CCTV footage for authorized requests. Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers when necessary. Travel to locations as needed to resolve issues and support operations. Qualifications Required 2+ years of IT support, field support, or technical operations experience. Hands-on experience supporting computer systems, hardware, peripherals, and networking equipment. Experience supporting or troubleshooting POS systems. Experience retrieving and exporting CCTV footage. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player. Preferred Hands-on and proactive problem solver. Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities. Responsive with a strong sense of urgency. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments. Schedule & Travel Requirements Weekend availability required as scheduled. Participation in on-call and after-hours support rotations. Ability to support occasional early-morning, evening, overnight, and holiday technology needs.
