Job Summary: We are seeking someone that enjoys client service and participating in a team atmosphere. As a Trust Associate, you will work directly with the Wealth & Trust Advisor in managing client relationships, building efficiency within existing operations, and providing top-tier client service. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an active listener, effective communicator, people-focused, team-oriented, self-starter, and detail oriented. Duties: Monitoring and scheduling client review meetings, preparing essential paperwork for client transactions, processing client requests, account research to solve problems, facilitate and following through with actionable solutions. Success will require the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks, often under strict deadlines, frequent interruptions, and changing priorities Provide administrative support to the Trust, Tax and Investment Officers Interactive use of the AddVantage trust accounting system and Fidelity custodial system Communicate and provide daily assistance with client matters and accounts Perform various support duties such as: answering phones, copying documents, daily remittances/receipts processing Facilitate special projects assigned by Department Manager Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills Professional office appearance and demeanor.
