Temporary Senior Accountant

Overview Exciting opportunity to work as a Temp Senior Accountant for a well-known company in the Tigard, OR area. Experience overseeing the Accounts Payable process and working as an Accountant in a Manufacturing environment is preferred. Responsibilities Work with the Accounts payable department to ensure that processes are followed accurately Perform month-end close processes Manage the tax projects and sales tax for the company Collaborate with multiple departments to develop budgeting and forecasting activities Qualifications Strong knowledge of the Accounts payable process Experience with fixed assets, journal entries, and prepaid schedules Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Prior Manufacturing experience Employment details Employment Type: Temp - 6 months Location: Portland, Oregon; Onsite Full time Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours a week Compensation: $35-40/hr.
