Mechanical Claims Manager

We are seeking a Mechanical Claims Manager to lead a dynamic claims organization dedicated to providing best-in-class support to customers, dealers, and agents.In this role, you will oversee claim senior adjusters and adjusters while ensuring timely and accurate claims administration. You will play a critical role in team development, process improvement, performance management, and strategic business initiatives that contribute to organizational growth and client satisfaction. What You'll DoLeadership & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and develop a team of claim professionals.Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new team members.Establish performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.Conduct performance reviews and support employee development plans.Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and results-driven culture. Claims OperationsEnsure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of mechanical claims.Oversee claim setup, adjudication, and resolution activities.Provide guidance on complex claims and escalated customer situations.Maintain compliance with contract provisions, company policies, and fair claims practices.Monitor service levels and team productivity to ensure performance goals are achieved. Customer & Partner RelationshipsDeliver exceptional service to customers, business partners, agents, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Manage escalated inquiries and support key client relationships.Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and operational teams to drive positive outcomes.Respond to regulatory, BBB, and Department of Insurance inquiries as required.
