Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 36 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Experience with Meditech is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Pediatric-only RNs are not accepted.

Special Requests: Travelers start on Wednesdays.

Unit Details: Mainly adult patients with occasional pediatrics. General Med/Surg unit provides medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and occasional pediatric care. Not a pediatric floor.

Shift & Scheduling: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Every other weekend. Holidays as required. 48-hour contracts start with 36 hours during orientation week due to the midweek start.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
